What Tesla sells today, what it stopped selling, and what is coming — with the real delivery numbers.
Model Y and Model 3
The refreshed Model Y “Juniper” launched in January 2025 (China first); a six-seat, long-wheelbase Model Y L followed in China in August 2025 at RMB 339,000 with 751 km CLTC range. On October 7, 2025 — a week after the US $7,500 tax credit expired — Tesla launched the Model Y Standard ($39,990, 321 mi, 0–60 6.8 s) and Model 3 Standard ($36,990, 321 mi, 5.8 s), trimming the rear screen, vented seats and Autosteer to get there. There is no separate sub-$30,000 “Model 2”; Musk says future volume comes from the Cybercab. TeslaNorth
Model Y was the best-selling vehicle in the world in 2025 by Tesla's account, and in Q3 2026 the #1 BEV in Europe and #1 passenger car in South Korea. 4680 cells are returning to the Model Y in 2026. Tesla says battery cell supply, not demand, is the limiting factor, and that its passenger-vehicle backlog is the largest in four years.
Model S and Model X: the end
Tesla announced on January 28, 2026 that it would end Model S and X production to free Fremont for Optimus. The last cars were built around May 9–10, 2026 — a black Model S signed by staff — after 14 years of Model S and 11 of Model X. A 350-unit Signature Edition (250 S, 100 X) sold at $159,420 by invitation; about 600 cars remained in inventory in October. In 2025, S, X and Cybertruck together sold 50,850 units against ~1.6 million Model 3 and Y. electrive

Cybertruck
Revealed November 21, 2019; first deliveries November 30, 2023. Sales never approached the 250,000-a-year line capacity: roughly 21,500 in 2025 and a ~30,000-a-year pace in Q3 2026 by Electrek's estimate. In Q4 2025, 1,339 of 7,071 US registrations went to SpaceX and other Musk companies. A cheaper dual-motor trim arrived in June 2026 and prices rose $5,000 in August (from $74,990). It is still the best-selling US electric pickup. Electrek

Semi
Unveiled in November 2017, first delivered to PepsiCo in December 2022, and in volume production since September 25, 2026 at a dedicated 50,000-a-year factory beside Giga Nevada (production began April 2026). A revised truck shown in March 2026 is ~1,000 lb lighter; more than 1,000 orders came from California companies helped by a $200,000 state subsidy; price under $300,000. Specs: ~500 or ~325 miles, up to 800 kW from three motors, 1.2 MW charging. A second Semi factory has started in Reno. Semi overview
Cybercab and Roadster
The two newest vehicles each have their own page: Cybercab (in production since April 2026, in service since September) and Roadster (revealed October 15, 2026, production 2028).
